Make the sniper rifle damage higher because the AWP is only 150 for to scope(scout is about 110

uhm . . . the sniper rifle doesn't kill without scope (because of the charge of the shot) so i think it's damage its OK. still should wait some time to charge shot  |

Sniper Rifle=Scout (the CS weapon)
And it's ok for me. We'll see if it's for you too.
